Ability to delete English Footnote Hilali and Tafsir Ibn Kathir

1. English - footnote (hilali) - does not appear in the tafsirs, it is not removed from the system. 2. Tafsir ibn kathir - (abridged) - does not appear in tafsir and is not removed. It would be nice if they could be deleted later to make it simpler and more useful.
