All bookmarks of verses gone !

This is the 3rd time this happened. The probability of all book mark goes high Whenever you guys do an update . I thought signing with email address will do some backup. How to get my bookmarks 😭 Why can't I stick to an update while I had no issue. P.S: I stopped all app force update and do manual update .

Wa alaikum assalam wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh. Device: S24 Ultra Android 16 App version: 1.35.9 Note: Bookmarks are not working in this newest version. If I add items to bookmarks, it sometimes crashes. Can I export my bookmark data outside of the app, for example in Excel or CSV format? Since it was synced with my Gmail, I would like to recover it. An option to create a backup of bookmarks and settings would be great. Fi amanillah. P.S. Where can I share a screen recording of the app? I found a new problem: the bookmark collection name and the number of verses inside are visible, but when I click on the collection name, nothing is displayed.
