Arabic font glitch

I have been using this app for years now with no issues, so I’m surprised to find that suddenly there is a glitch in the Arabic font. I use this app for word to word meanings along with the Arabic. All of a sudden, the Arabic text is broken up in a vertical fashion. It feels like the word is in a Microsoft excel cell and it cannot fit so it’s being broken up vertically. Did something change with the app? Please try to fix it because I will have to migrate to another app if this continues. I need it for my studies.

Also, I tried to decrease the Arabic font size, and it helped with some words but with other words, the issue remains. I use an iPhone 14 just for reference.
