Bookmark button in Bottom Toolbar
A quick bookmark button on the bottom toolbar, when pressed can open up a small menu (similar to what opens up while selecting ayah range in play audio feature), that lets us quickly select ayah number to bookmark, menu can preload ayah number based on last ayah of the current page on screen, that will help quickly select the desired ayah number.
