Bookmarks Lost and Unable to Add New Bookmarks After Latest Update

Assalamualaikum. I would like to report a problem that occurred after the latest update to the Qur’an app, which I received around 14–15 September 2026. I am using a Xiaomi Pad 7, Os: 3.0.301.0. The App is: 1.35.9 After updating the app, all my existing bookmarks disappeared. I am also no longer able to create any new bookmarks or pins. Before the update, the bookmarking and pin functions were working normally, so the problem seems to have appeared immediately after the latest update. Could you please look into this issue, and also advise whether there is any way for me to recover my previous bookmarks? I had accumulated quite a number of them and would very much like to restore them if possible. Thank you very much for your help. Wassalam.
