Still not simple to bookmark or to see from Surah list any bookmarked surahs
Alhamdulillah, now it's easier to bookmark any ayahs in the Quran app. Simply click on the bookmark icon to open the bookmark folder list. Then select a suitable folder from there and done. Currently available in android only.
As for the bookmark, it's not the same as iQuran. When I press the bookmark icon, another menu opens to add it. Then I also have to give it a name, why? Also why can you highlight the whole verse when it's bookmarked. This way it will be easy to identify. When reciting, especially in Ramadan, it should be really easy to add and remove bookmarks, not having to go through extra steps. Also in the Surah list, would be good to show which surahs were bookmarked by an icon like iQuran. Please consider this so I can use this as my main Quran app.
To me the most important feature of any quran app is bookmarking, to help us pick up from where we left off. And bookmarking in this app is painful and not intuitive at all, I’m not sure why. I want to like this app due to the high number of reciters but the difficulty in bookmarking make me go back to my quran explorer app which is a breeze.
