Can't see my bookmarks

I have a lot of bookmark collections in the app. Recently i added one more in Sura Nahl and it asked me to sync up. I complied. But after that when I tried to add another ayah...i saw that all the bookmarks were gone. The notes are intact AlHamdulillah, but the bookmarks are not there under collections. Please look into it. I had collected so many bookmarks there. Please let me know how i can recover them
