Changing Portrait to Landscape orientation in iOS causing issues

issue with page scrolling on iOS platform. There are many scenarios when page ends up scrolling away from where one is reading. For example switching accidentally to landscape mode and back to portrait mode causes the current reading position to be lost. Video attached in the email.
