The issue is I’ve downloaded the reciter Abdul Aziz Zahrani… when I choose him and push play. No audio comes out. And it doesn’t scroll or switch verses. Others reciters play fine. There is a problem with it.

Salamalaykoum. Same thing here. I thought I needed space on my phone. iOS last version of the app. The two first surates have been downloaded. Otherwise, I need the wifi to listen the rest of the Coran.

It would help us troubleshoot and resolve in sha Allah 1) Which reciter? Is it happening for a specific reciter or different reciters? 2) Which surah? Hasan sharif: Assalamu'alaykum, 1. Mine also get deleted. All of them, be it Husary or Sudais or Muaiqly etc. Most probably happened after I updated this app few days ago. 2. Another problem, the downloading always stop after 3,4 surahs. Make it continue until finishes all 114. No time to wait and monitor one by one. 3. Last read doesn't stick, always disappear. 4. The app keeps on restarting every time we leave it for more than 15mins. Sometimes we are in the mid of reciting and wanna pause. But when we come back, it's gone. I hope I stated everything clearly so no screenshot or screen recording is needed. Much appreciated if you could fix the issues. Barakallahu feekum

I noticed that all the audio of 114 Surah deleted automatically. I observed it when updating the app to the latest version on 7 Nov 2023
