Feature Request: Option to display English translation before Arabic text

I find that reading the translation of an ayah before reading the Arabic helps me understand the text much better and stay focused while reciting. I believe many other readers would benefit from this approach as well.​Would it be possible to add a layout  toggle or setting that displays the translation above (or before) the Arabic script?
