I can not sync bookmark for last two month.

There is a big problem to sync my bookmark. In last two month, I can not sync my bookmark. It says about internet connection. Everything is ok. Even I am now posting this report using same internet connection. I have faced this problems many many times. For this syncing problem, I have thought many time to shift another app. There is many many ayah in my bookmark. If I lost it, there is no reason to use this app. Frustrating. Dear Brothers, We don't need new qari in this app. We need proper syncing guarantee . Please fix this problem. Please fix all of the bug at first , After that add new feature. Bug makes the features almost useless.

True ! I have logged into the same account from my laptop and android but the bookmarks on both still don't sync !

Assalamu ‘alaikum warohmatulloh dear users, are there any specific circumstance, such as data gets deleted while switching from a previously logged in account to a different accoun to sign-in? This will help us resolve the issue. JazakAllahu khair.

Fairoze (Customer Support): no nothing like that. I have bookmarks on my phone I signed in with the same account on your computer application but the bookmarks don't appear on the computer app. And when I press sync it says error.

Export the Library data (as emergency backup if data gets lost in the process) 2.Sign out and sign in again 3. Then trying troubleshoot from Account Settings If everything works fine, Alhamdulillah! Kindly inform us by commenting here. If still faced any issues, then import the earlier exported file to the app. also share the exported file via email to shehab.ahmed@greentechapps.com

I logged in on my iPhone and it is not syncing to import the bookmarks I have on my android

I have the same problem. Logging out and logging back did not help. I get the message “sync successful” but both apps show a different ayah and date for the same pin.

I’m also facing same issues like others in the iOS app. Sync of pins across devices used to work. But seems like it’s no longer working. Using same user across iPad & iPhone.

Hasan sharif: please look into the duplicate item's in the list as well those are created when you clear app data and try to sync or import the information
