I have lost my notes and all labels

Assalamu Alykum. I have lost all my notes, labels and bookmark suddenly. Interestingly my Library is showing Stats screen occasionally. And it shows Collection, Notes etc. only some previous notes created 3/4 years back are available. I have tried troubleshooting, the bookmark and notes appeared once and then it is gone. The app is acting weird in this way. Can you please help me resolve this? Need this sorted out badly.
