Import downloaded mushafs and recitations

Make it so the user can add downloaded mushafs to the system. While they wouldn’t have all the features as native mushafs, insha Allah it would get closer and closer as updates roll on.Also, it would be nice to be able to add downloaded Quran recitations to the app.
