We've fixed the issue for not being able to go back in feedback page in our dev version. Unfortunately, the issue regarding image zooming is not in our hand, which is controlled by Canny, the platform we are using for collecting user feedback. The fix will be rolled out with the next release In Sha Allah, please update your app to the latest version upon availability.
