ملائكتك (as in dua 27.7)should have a fatha,

I was recently informed that the ت in the word ملائكتك (as in dua 27.7)should have a fatha, not a kasrah. Older versions of hisnul muslim have a fatha. I'm not sure when the kasrah was introduced but it seems to be incorrect. Please look into this matter. JazakhumAllahu khair
