Planner: Can't save progress at the first ayah of a session
App version: 1.18.1
Platform: Android
In Planner, I can't save progress at an ayah if it is the first ayah of a session. Please fix it.

Fairoze (Customer Support): wa Alaykum Assalam wa rahmatullah. When I am using the planner and I click the save arrow on the first ayah of a page, it shows as though its saved but when I go back it won't have updated my progress and on the planner.

ahsen4: Please share with us details to examine this issue further: 1. Device model 2. OS version 3. App version 4. When and where is it happening via screenshots/recordings in a google drive link. This will help us solve the problem faster in sha Allah.

My current app version is 1.23.0 but it is not a recent issue so not to do with any recent changes. JazakAllahu Khayran and please let me know if you require any further information

Also, I have multiple plans. I used it for my students. So each plan for one student. But only two plans can save and show progresses. The other cannot save nor show.

I wish for the development in this feature. I need plans for hifdzul quran (memorization), which requires saving based on ayah (not page). Good job!

Or if its first ayah on any page I am also having this issue
We’ve fixed a few reported bugs in our latest version. We recommend updating the application and if the issue is still found kindly report again. We will be closing this report now.
