Recitation mistake in 4:89 (Minshawi Mujawwad)

In the beginning of the 89th verse of surat un nisa', when selecting the reciter Sheikh Al Minshawi (Mujawwad), there's a pause made at "سَوَآءً". However, despite the tanween on hamza, it has been read as sawaa' rather than sawaa aa.
