Tajweed symbols are incorrectly placed

When I read the Quran in “Reading” mode and in “Word by word with translation” mode the tajweed rules differ sometimes. In the second mode a symbol of stopping can be present and I learn it there but when I switch back to reading mode it’s not there I have to learn that again. I don’t know whether it’s a mistake or not but I figured it is so I shared. I’m sorry for bothering you if it’s not a mistake.Screenshots attached for examination
