Typos on the translation

I read the Qur'an with the German translation from Bubenheim but sometimes there are some typos within the words, which seem like errors from the transmission, rather than human made errors.For example the German word to "to say" is "sagen" but sometimes the word is written as "sa gen", and errors like these appear many times.I have compiled about 60 of these mistakes, via the bookmark function, and I would be ready to correct these mistakes by myself, if you allow.Otherwise I could send the correct writing to you as well, so you can correct it yourselfes.Jazakallahu Khayran
