Not syncing

Salaamun alaykum. I did a lot of work and found the notes and bookmarks are not syncing. I rely on these heavily. I only use my 2 phones for this.

Im sorry im not a tech person. I may have difficulty doing this. I spent 4 hours today. Working on my notes and I just checked. It does not sync. I had to copy and paste through my email. And now I just lost all my notes that I worked on in another Surah. This cant be happening. Please can you help me to get it back again. I need it urgently.

NOTE: We have updated the app recently with several improvements. Kindly update to the latest version. If the issue persists, please try reinstalling the app and let us know if that solves the issue.

I tried to uninstal and reinstall as you recommended. My entire library of bookmarks and notes have disappeared from A54. This cant be happening. Please..please. i dare not uninstal/reinstal on the other device. Its still not syncing.

Please can you guide me on how I can export/import Library from one device to the other if thats possible coz It's still not syncing.

siti_sarah: Sorry for the inconvenience. We tried to reproduce the problem. The problem was resolved after clicking the "Refresh" option at the top right corner. Try using it on both devices to sync the notes and planners. We are attaching a screenshot for reference. Let us know if the issue persists or resolves afterward.

Salaamun alaykum. Unfortunately. The devices still dont sync for all the previous information I had created. Tmonly the notes I started creating today appears in both phones. What about the earlier ones???
