Weird but: while logging in two different devices one won't work

Bismillah, I downloaded the hadith app in two devices, my phone and my tab. Whenever I need to sign in for two of them again (this is a different problem, please fix it akhi), one of it wouldn't let me do it, adn the description just say 'G'. I'm having a hard time with this because sometimes I use my phone when I'm travelling, and my tab at home.
