I have been having quite a good experience with Al Qur'an app, Alhamdulillah. However, I experienced a problem twice during my usage because of which I had to uninstall the app twice and re download it. The problem is that whenever I clicked on the planner, library or profile option present at the bottom of the app, the app stopped responding and automatically either shut down or just won't respond. I kept on trying multiple times but to no avail. So at the end, I was compelled to delete the app and re download it. It was sad because all the pins and collections got erased the one time I did this. The second time again this happened which was after a few months interval I guess, but this time although I didn't lose the pins and collections because maybe I had signed in through my email id. But please fix this. It's really frustrating and disappointing. But apart from this, Barakallahu feekum for your efforts. It's a beautiful app, may Allah reward you immensely.
