English numbers and text with arabic language selected

I set the app language to Arabic but some elements of the UI remain in english. I have attached screenshots showing the issue

Thank you for reporting this issue. Some parts such as Juz info/Surah info will be in English but the ayah numbers should not.
Before we investigate, please make sure you’ve updated to the latest version of the Quran app. You can update from this link: Quran App
If the issue still happens after updating, we’d like to investigate it further, but we’ll need a few details from you:
- Your device model and operating system version
- The Quran app version you’re using
- A screen recording showing the issue (you can share it via Google Drive)

Jubair Ahmad w'alaykom al salam, I have the latest google play store version of the app, 1.35.0, my device is the samsung S25 plus running Android 16.
