Error in representing the Salam to earlier prophets

Assalamualaikum wrwb, please find attached image. Name of the prophet Abraham (a.s) is suffixed with Sallahu alaihi wa sallam. Actually it has to be Alaihi Salam. I have observed it in Surah no.60, cannot confirm if it is similar for other surah's. Plesse correct it.
