Assalaamu alaikum Dear Brother and Sisters keeping up in this good work. Eid Mubarak. May Allah accept all our Duas. I was having issue yesterday on my app whereby the translations couldn't come back when I brought it back to the Default Mushaf because I had changed my Mushaf. So I decided to sync my bookmarks with my account then I deleted and reinstalled the app. Now I can't find my bookmarks after logging in my account... I seriously hope this could be resolved because those bookmarks seriously help me when giving Da'wah. I'd be waiting for your response pls 🙏

I tried it but all I could find was from the last 2 days when I reinstalled the app. If there is a chance I could get my back up before july 18th I'd really appreciate Brother 🙏

aliyu06: All bookmark folder data were created and modified on either June 17, 2024, or June 18, 2024. No other bookmark folder or bookmark item data were found. In the backend, user Quran profile data (bookmark, note, planner) is permanently deleted if someone's Quran data had been in a deleted state for more than two months. Possibly your data was not synced regularly and it is likely that the data was deleted, resulting in permanent deletion from the server. No data was found except those created on June 17 or June 18.

Tasnim (Customer Support Representative) okay. The synced bookmark file on the 17th of June is the one I'm looking for, because it's the only bookmark that I had ever synced before deleting and reinstalling the app.
I actually assumed the app works like google mail whereby one can retrieve all data as long as it was synced before deletion.... I'm sorry for the whole distress i might have caused.
Pls if it's possible to help me bring back the bookmark file of the 17th of June, I'd be very grateful 🙏

aliyu06: The team found that you have 17 folders. Try pressing the sync button now and you should find all the bookmark folder data. If you still do not find them, then you're possibly looking for folders that are either hard deleted from data server or stored in your other gmGmathe ilail.
