Lost Library data after latest update on iOS

Assalamu’alaikum, i dont know why, since the app is updated (auto-update), all of my saved ayah is gone. I’ve been using this qur’an app for over a year. Im so confused and mad, why the saved ayah is gone. Ive been saving those ayah from the beginning. Please make this right. Thanks

We have fixed the library bookmarks getting lost issue in this update.
Kindly update to the latest version. If you are still facing library issues after updating, please let us know.

bismillah, in my collection of ayah in my apps library the title is already there you can see it, it show normal, but if you open it, the ayah is missing in the RED warning is appear.
brother and sister do i need to pay or paid this app? and the library came back?
i update this app recently but its nothing happen..

Alhamdulillah, we finally identified the issue causing this.
We are now working to solve this.
We will release an update soon in sha Allah, fixing the issue.

Note: Please avoid reinstalling the app for the time being to avoid losing data. If app data is cleared or app is reinstalled, it might not be possible to restore the data

We are very sorry for the loss. We are actively working to resolve this as a priority.
Sadly, we couldn't yet identify the cause. It's not working for some users.
We added some troubleshooting steps to help us identify and resolve the issue in the latest update v1.16.6.
We request everyone to update the app and help us resolve the issue by sending troubleshooting data from the app.

This is the second time I am facing this issue. I have plenty of bookmarks and after update all bookmarks gone. We request you not to update please. Your initiatives kills others precious time.
I won’t use this apps anymore. It’s very low maintained one.

I just wanted to mention that after I completed the most recent update of the app , I lost all the my bookmarked ayah in which I had separate into different categories. The names in which I titled the bookmarks are still there but next to the name for each category it says ‘ 0 saved ayah’. This is quite upsetting as I has saved 100s of ayah and placed them into categories. Any help regarding this would be very helpful. Jazakallah Khair.

After the 24/10/2025 update most of my ayat tags gone. Yesterday pin surah taubah gone now reverted last yrs pin ali imran (I estimated cos i read one page a day)

Got logged out after the update and logging in reverted I think the cloud save from last year :( give me back my tags. It was years of recitation and tagging worth
