I would like to suggest adding the word sizdah besides the ayah of sizdah as per language on the settings. Currently it is in Arabic which is hard to understand for non Arabic people. When I read Quran in this app I don't understand for which ayah I have to perform a sizdah as a result ending up not doing any sizdah but finished the whole quran. But as we know there are multiple places where we need to perform a sizdah after reading the ayah.
