Why is it so difficult to find number of ayaat a surah has. The feature doesn't exist i think.

Thankyou for pointing out. Apparently there's no way to find out number of ayaat while we're in the middle of surah recitation. One has to scroll to the top. Jazakallaahu khairan

JazakAllahu Khairan for your feedback. Currently, the Ayah count is visible beside the Surah name once you enter a Surah. For more details, you can also tap the 'Surah Info' button in the top right corner. Please find the attached picture for your convenience.
Please note that this feature is currently under development. We are working to add more comprehensive content for every Surah gradually, Insha’Allah.
