Unable to Download Surah Audio

Assalamualaikum,
Jazak Allah for such an easy to use app. I'm unable to download surah audio for few days now. Most of my already downloaded audio was removed after last update and now it won't download again. I'm trying to listen to recitation by Qari Naser AlQatami.
Ramazan 2025 is just around the corner and I need this please help .

Assalamu alaikum...i also facing this problem (cant download Qari audio), and i kinda find an ALTERNATIVE SOLUTION to able to play Qari's audio..
- download your the murrotal of the Qari you want from a website in my example i download audio of Shalah Bukhatir and i use this website (https://islamdownload.net/124404-murottal-quran-30-juz-shalah-bukhatir.html), the sizes of audios are small so you will download all of them fairly quick..
- cut all the downloaded audio and paste it to (/Internal storage/Music/quran_android/audio/salah_bukhatir) you will have to manually make the folder with name of the Qari, use name from the Qari list in the Quran app, not from the website..example in the website the Qari name is "Shalah bukhatir", use the name from list in my case "salah bukhatir" and give an underscore (_) between spaces..
- Finally go to the surah you want to read and and change the setting to "stream without downloading", this alternative may use some extra work to do but i hope it will help..

- The country you're downloading from?
We've received reports that downloads aren't working without a VPN in Uzbekistan and China.
These details will help us understand the issue better and provide a solution.

My phone is running Android 7
The Quran app version is 1.31.4
Streaming doesn't work either, everytime I try to stream it says "Something went wrong. Try again!"
I live in Egypt and I don't use a VPN

Jubair (User Support) Is there any News on the problem? It's been a week and the problem seems to have not changed and I can't download audio still. Please respond and inform me of what you have been able to do.

marwan94 sorry for the late reply, can you try doing these things?
- Go to Audio Advanced Settingsand enableStream without downloadingoption. Check if you're able to listen to the recitation without downloading.
- If the issue persists, we recommend backing up your data, then clearing the app data from your device settings. Then reopen the app, and try downloading again.

I tried streaming again and it still doesn't work
Ive also tried as you said to clear my data and then try to download again, and I did but it still doesn't work and it the same issues persists.

I think the audios are available. I tries many time to download them but always ended up with failure. That should be fixed. I hope that I won't see this bug again. Thank you

Download of Audio recitation is not working. It is a very big defeciency. What is the fun of keeping a huge list of Qaries in the App if the download facility is not working. Please look into thisproblem on priority basis. It os unfortunate that the benifits of an otherwise useful App have been spoiled by this problem. Please respond.

Asalamu Alaykum, Just today I've been unable to download the audio of any surah with any Qari, I don't know why but everytime I try to download the audio it says "Download failed", this has never happened before and it was working perfectly fine before. Since the last update the audio is not working for any reciters except ayman suwaid... it keeps saying "something went wrong try again". Nor can I download any audio. kindly resolve this issue.
